Making the Dough

Adding the Toppings
To make a hearty meat lovers’ pizza, you’ll need some Italian sausage, ham, and pepperoni. Start by cooking the Italian sausage in a skillet until it’s fully cooked. This adds a wonderful flavor to your pizza. Spread a thin layer of pizza sauce over the dough in your sheet pan. Next, sprinkle on a generous amount of grated mozzarella cheese. Follow this with the cooked sausage, then add slices of ham and pepperoni. For a little extra flavor, you can add thinly sliced red bell pepper.
